It’s hard navigating the world feeling unloved and filled with shame. It’s no fun carrying around a sense of emptiness deep inside like a black hole you just want to fill up. 

Hi, I’m Karen. And I used to live that way. In fact, for most of my life I lived with a sad heart and a deep sense of emptiness. To top it off, I wore a pair of shame glasses firmly planted over my eyes colouring everything I thought, said and did. What’s even worse – I would seek the approval from people I didn’t even like.

I tried many ways to rid myself of those feelings through unhealthy methods. Those methods only worked for the moment. Eventually I was in my dark hole once again. So, I know how to live sad, hopeless and bleak. All these things kept me living a small life.  

Here’s the thing though – I was never meant to live a small life. And neither are you!

After 40 years of messy living, I found a better way to live and now I am passionate to share this new way with you through the new book I’ve written. You can change your life. You can start today walking towards the life you were always meant to have. 

In my book I will take you through prayer suggestions, journaling exercises and meditation sessions by asking some hard questions. You can learn to leave behind the troubles of your past and begin to live a better way. You may find your heart begins to open to forgiveness and grace –  how to forgive those who hurt you the most and even how to forgive yourself.

I will introduce you to a God who is Available, Unstoppable, Rescuing, Unfailing and Illuminating along with many more characteristics of a Heavenly Father who loves and adores women.  He wants us living a life filled with love and worth.

No longer will you seek anybody’s approval to live your one big, beautiful life.
